Steamed Tamale-- 墨西哥玉米粉蒸肉





(墨西哥)玉米粉蒸肉---Spread a spoonful of marinated coarsely shredded chicken on top of the 

masa over the corn husk, fold & tied neatly, steam for 40 min.




Steamed tamale served w/ diced tomato, 


sweet corns, black beans & sour cream.
