Tabbouleh Bulgur whole Wheat Salad 全小麥沙律

   

Ingredients
1cup bulgur 

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 to 2 large bunches of flat leaf parsley, washed and dried ( I used cilantro )

1 large bunch of mint, washed and dried

2 scallions   3 cloves fresh garlic  ( minced )
2 cups cut cherry tomatoes 
1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pack of trivia nature's calorie-free sweetener
1 small cucumber 
A few whole leaves of mint for garnish 


Method:

  1. Soak the bulgur. Place the bulgur in a small bowl and cover with very hot (just off the boil) water by 1/2-inch. Set aside to soak until softened but still chewy, about 30minutes. 
  2. Season and toss  Chill& serve. Enjoy (^_−)−☆
