越南养眼透明春卷--Vietnamese spring rolls,wrapped w/ cooked shrimps, baby spinach leaves, cilantro leaves,bean sprouts, spring mix lettuce, serve with a side of sweet & spicy sauce.

Ladybugs( Ladybirds) Appetizer 可爱小瓢虫

Enjoy these  simple to make finger food by spreading some cream cheese on the sliced baguettes or Italian bread,   topped with smoked salmon and  leaf lettuce. lady bug--make the body with cherry tomato and olive halve for the head, add some chopped pieces of olives for the dots on the body, the eyes are dots of cream cheese, insert 2 chives into olive halve to make antennae. sprinkle some shredded cheese before serving. I made these appetizers for my beloved brother's Fifties birthday party.
