Stuffed Mushed Potato Squash Blosooms- 釀薯泥南瓜花

    
My1st attempt to Stuffed mushed potato, bacon, cooked chicken, fried onion & nutritional yeast, instead of cream cheese.😄 it turned out fantastic!

Polish Pierogi - 波蘭馬玲薯泥餃子

   
Pierogi are dumplings of unleavened dough – first boiled, then they are baked or fried usually in butter with onions – traditionally stuffed with potato filling, sauerkraut, ground meat, cheese, or fruit. 
Ingredients: Fillings: mashed potato, chopped big onions. Dumpling Skin:  eggs, flour, homemade vegan sour cream, salt & baking powder. Boliled. Pan sealed dumplings with chop onions, bacon, green onion, cheese ( I used nutrition yeast instead ) & sour cream. Taste So...so.... GOOD!

Squash Blossom Frittata - 南瓜花菜肉餡煎蛋餅

    

南瓜花煎蛋餅-- 雞蛋,南瓜花,蝦, 雞肉, 韮菜, 紅色黑色櫻桃番茄, 辣椒碎. Ingredients: eggs, squash blossoms, minced shrimp & chicken, chives, red & black cherry tomatoes, chili flakes.
