This dish is very common in Malaysia, It is made with thin yellow noodles fried in cooking oil w/ onion & garlic, shrimps, chicken or beef.( but I use pork ) hot pepper ( chili ), Chinese cabbage ( Choi Sam ), egg, & bean sprout. . You can find Mee Goreng everywhere in the country, sold by all food vendors from street-hawkers, mama stalls to high-end restaurants. It is an one-dish meal favorite. Enjoy!
