These delicious Homemade Lasagna Rollups are an excellent way to introduce Plant-Based Recipes to your Rollups, for those who can't have cheese! Using a homemade creamy cashew tofu ricotta mixed with fried minced pork and collard greens for the filling, top with organic marinara sauce and bake for 25 minites. Top with nutritional yeasts and sweet chilli sauce before serving. Taste so............Yummy! ❤️

Preserved tomatoes with sea salt, garlic, chili flakes, Italian Spices and black pepper. Spread this mix over tomatoes & place in a roasting tray and dribble over olive oil into the tray. Cook in a low oven at 100C/200F/Gas three to four hours.
