Sichuan Spicy & Delicious Brown Trout-- 蔴辣鮮香口水魚 ( 褐鱒魚 )

    
    口水鱼是一道色香味俱全的汉族名菜,属于川菜系凉菜。此菜色泽红亮,麻辣鲜香,肉质细嫩, 在鱼肉上用料酒、盐、葱姜生粉腌好后,用四成熱的油泡熟备用。爆香辣椒碎、花椒、黒豆豉,葱姜蒜末,炒至出红油,烹入料酒,加入鲜汤、盐、白糖,檸檬汁,淋入香油。将汁淋在鱼肉上。撒上炒芝麻、碎花生米, 香菜末即可享用!

Hot Tamale With Authentic Mexican Chile Sauce 墨西哥玉米豬肉蒸卷

   蒸熟的玉米卷与墨西哥辣醤 Steamed Hot & Spicy tamales served with Homemade Authentic Mexican Chile sauce.

    玉米肉巻配上酸奶油,辣酱和沙律菜. Served with sour cream, hot chile sauce & salad greens. Yum....
 

    Preparation:  ( a ) cook pork with seasonings in pressure cooker for 1/2 hr.

    

    ( b ) shredded the pork with folks .
   
    ( c ) seasoned with pepper, cumin, red chili powder, chicken stock, oil, garlic & onion powder.
   

   ( d ) stirred well.
    

    ( e )ready to wrap with the Maseca dough.
   

    ( f ) wrap  & tied .

   

    
   Hot authentic Mexican chile sauce : dried mild red chile pods(Guajillo, New Mexico, California or Pasilla chiles), chicken stock , oil, cumin, sea salt, garlic, big onion, sugar, oregano & lemon juice.



   

    Blend in  blender, I add more spice, Hot.. Hot.. Hot.. Oh.... Chipolite 
    

    Bring to boil. Done ! enjoy!!!
