Pork Chayote Butter Squash & Spinach Soup 豬肉佛手瓜南瓜菠菜湯

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps. of butter
  • 1 and 1/2 c. of roughly chopped pre-boiled pork
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 chayote, peeled, cored and cut into one-inch cubes
  • about 2 c. of cubed squash
  • about 6 c. of homemade meat broth 
  • a handful of spinach leaves
  • salt and pepper, to taste
