Ingredients
- 2 tbsps. of butter
- 1 and 1/2 c. of roughly chopped pre-boiled pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 chayote, peeled, cored and cut into one-inch cubes
- about 2 c. of cubed squash
- about 6 c. of homemade meat broth
- a handful of spinach leaves
- salt and pepper, to taste
