Moroccan Chickpea & Pork Stew 摩洛哥鹰嘴豆燘豬肉



    
  • 1 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup diced carrot 
  • garlic cloves, minced
  • jalapeño pepper, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed peeled Purple potato
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes or fresh tomatoes
  • (15 1/2-ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and 
  • vegetable broth or chicken broth
