Pierogi are dumplings of unleavened dough – first boiled, then they are baked or fried usually in butter with onions – traditionally stuffed with potato filling, sauerkraut, ground meat, cheese, or fruit.
Ingredients: Fillings: mashed potato, chopped big onions. Dumpling Skin: eggs, flour, homemade vegan sour cream, salt & baking powder. Boliled. Pan sealed dumplings with chop onions, bacon, green onion, cheese ( I used nutrition yeast instead ) & sour cream. Taste So...so.... GOOD!
