El Salvador Pupusas & Curtido ~ 薩尔瓦多(拉丁美洲)豬肉餡玉米煎餅配甜酸菜


Ingredients: ( make 10 )


Pork Filling:
1 1/2 pounds pork butt (shoulder)
1 teaspoon salt
16 ounces canned tomatoes
1 big onion
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 to 3/4 cup mashed potato 
200gm frozen sweet corn



Masa:
2 1/2cups masa harina
2 cups water
1/4 cup cooking oil



Curtido:
1/4 medium green cabbage, 1/8 medium purple cabbage
1 carrot
1/2 big red onion
2 cups water
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 yellow bell pepper.
