A Homemade Mixed Culture Version of Tamale--Mexican + Melacca Baba Nyonya flavor (masa mix w/ a portion of sweet rice powder & black beans. Fillings-- marinated coarsely shredded chicken w/ some fried onion, garlic powder, ground lemon grass, turmeric powder,cumin powder garlic chili paste. Top w/ some candied winter melon & wrap w/ bamboo leaves instead of corn hask.
