Asian Broccoli & Asparagus With Peppery Bacon

西兰花和芦笋培根


1/2 lb broccoli floret
1/4 lb asparagus ( cut into 2 in length )
3 red baby sweet peppers ( roasted & chopped )
4 oz minced pork
1/2 lb butter squash ( cut into cubes )8 slices of bacon


Direction:

1) Steam fresh broccoli, asparagus & squash .
2) Cook bacon in a nonstick pan until done, add some black pepper, remove from pan & crumble.
3) Heat 3 Tbs olive oil ,Add some garlic power & brown the minced pork until is cook.
4) Add all the vegetables & saute with a Tbs of oyster sauce.
5) Add bacon & serve on a plate . Enjoy!
